Herbed Chicken pizza
Make your own pizza base with along some herbs make your pizza more special rather than normal ones. Along with normal ingredients for pizza this will enhance the Italian touch. Top it with your favorite veggies, cheese and sauces.

Ingredients:
Dough:
- 1 cup All purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
Marination:
- 2 piece boneless chicken( 50 grams) (cut in small cubes)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- salt per taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
- oil
Sauce:
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup water
- salt per taste
- tomato ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Toppings:
- 1/2 bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1 big cube mozzarella cheese (grated)
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken pieces with ingredients listed and keep aside for 30 minutes minimum.
- For pizza dough add yeast to 2 tablespoon water and keep for 15 minutes to rise.
- Add rest of all the ingredients for dough in a pan and mix well.
- Once yeast rise mix it well and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
- Cover with a wet muslin cloth and allow it to prove till it doubles in volume.( approx. 1 hour)
- Press the dough lightly to remove air and roll .
- In a pan to keep in oven grease butter or olive oil .
- Gently use your finger to stretch dough until pan is fully covered. Pinch edges of dough together to form crust.
- Prick the entire base with a fork .
- Fry the chicken pieces in oil for 3 minutes each side, cover with a lid.
Sauce:
- Boil water and add tomato, onion, garlic, bell pepper to it and cover with a lid.
- Cook until we can peel of tomato and bell pepper easily.
- Once skin is removed , add these to a mixer without water and grind well.
- Add it into a pan and allow to simmer .
- Add rest of the ingredients other than ketchup and allow to simmer.
- You can off the fame once sauce reaches its consistency.
- Once flame is off add ketchup.
Pizza:
- Into the pan with pizza base pour sauce and place it on every part of pizza
- Add chicken, cheese and veggies.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.
- Add keep pizza in oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Check with a fork whether dough is cooked.
- Once cooked add oregano and chili flakes as per your taste
