Low calorie high protein energy balls in 5 minutes

 Protein balls are rich in nutrients, proteins with adequate amount of fiber, fats and carbs, it helps in weight loss. Here is how you can make this easy recipe at home without much effort. Now lets make yummy and healthy energy boosting protein balls.

Protein balls

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mixed seeds
1 cup almonds
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup warm water
1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions:

Take a pan and dry roast seeds and keep aside
Add almonds and peanuts sort well
Meanwhile soak dates in warm water
Grind seeds and nuts along with a pinch of cinnamon in a mixer grinder
Add soaked dates with water in to grinder.
Grease your palms with oil or butter.
Roll the balls and enjoy yummy energy boosting balls.

Strawberry Jelly with Custard

Custard is creamy, rich and delicious and strawberry jelly adds more deliciousness to this chilled dessert.


Ingredients:

For custard:


2 tablespoon custard powder
2 1/4 cup milk
2 crushed cardamom
3 tablespoon sugar

For Jelly:


3 tablespoon Strawberry Jelly powder 

Instructions:

Custard:


Pour 2 cup of milk to a pan and add 3 tablespoons of sugar to it, heat it on a medium flame. Stir and dissolve sugar.
Add crushed cardamom to getter extra taste.
Add 2 table spoon custard powder in a small bowl and add 1/4 cup of milk to it and mix well.
Mixture should be smooth without lumps.
Add custard to milk when it turns hot(not boiling) and regulate flame to low
Use a whisk or spatula to avoid lumps.
Regulate flame to medium , within few minutes the mixture turn thick. Turn off stove.
Keep it aside and whisk the mixture.
Cover immediately otherwise a layer forms on custard
Keep it in fridge when the mixture cools down and  use it when it is chilled.

Jelly:

Pour 2 cup of hot water in 3 tablespoons of strawberry jelly powder and stir it until there is no lumps.
Keep it in refrigerator when it cools down and use when chilled.


Use fruits of your choice to garnish , use honey for extra taste

2 minute Choco Peanut mug cake

 

This Choco Peanut Cake is moist , fudgy and can be cooked in microwave in One Minute. When  you are short on time this is a great idea for a perfect treat. This is one of the easiest and healthiest recipes you will ever make;


Choco Peanut Mug Cake

Ingredients:

1)  1/4 cup of all purpose flour

2) 2 tablespoons sugar

3) 1/4 cup of milk

4) 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder

5)1/4 teaspoon baking powder

6)2 tablespoons of melted butter

7) 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

8) 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

9) 1 tablespoon of Choco chips


Cooking Method:

Take all purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and whisk until it is completely combined.

Mix milk , butter, vanilla extract and pour it in to the flour mix and whisk.

Pour this batter into microwave-safe mug.

Put peanut butter into center of mug, gently pressing down until even with top of batter.

Microwave on high for 1 minute.

Allow it to cool for 1  minute before serving.

Super tasty and easy Choco peanut mug cake is ready.

Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies with Oats and Flaxseed(No Bake, No sugar, No Flour and baking soda)

 

Peanut cookies are easy to cook even for beginners, they are chewy, soft with flavors of peanut butter . Oats and flaxseed added as a heathy agent and honey and raisins gives better taste to cookies. Cinnamon gives extra hint of deliciousness.

Peanut butter oats cookies

Ingredients: 


Old fashioned rolled oats     : 3/4 cup
Peanut Butter                        :1/2 cup
Flaxseed                                :2 tablespoons(if required)
Raisins                                  :1/2 cup
Coconut Oil                          :1/4 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder: 1/4 cup
Shredded Coconut                : 1 cup
Cinnamon                             :1/4 teaspoon
Salt                                        :1/4 teaspoon 
Choco chips                           :As per taste

Cooking Method: 


Mix honey, oil, salt and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan. Stir in a medium heat until oil melts and mixture is warm and smooth( 2 to 3min).
Add peanut butter in this mix and stir until it melts(2 min)
Turn off heat and put oats and stir and cover lid for 5 min.
Add raisins, flaxseed and 1/3 cup of shredded coconut and stir
Use a table spoon to scoop, then level the mixture. Put remaining coconut and press lightly into the cookie.
Put Choco chips as required.
Use a spatula to coax the cookie into a baking sheet with coconut side down.
The mixture will be lightly sticky at this point
Flatten cookie with spatula.
Repeat the same for other cookies also.
Keep cookies in refrigerator until they are chilled completely( 30 minutes minimum)
Keep in an airtight container, it can be used up to 4 days.
